Software Engineer
(Work location: Keasbey, NJ)
  • Understand company and client challenges and how integrating Low-Code Development Platform capabilities can help create solutions
  • Assist cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the partner’s business where A Low-Code Development Platform and Big Data solutions can drive significant business benefit
  • Analyze and explain Low-Code Development Platform and Big Data solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards
  • Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, working with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership
  • Document and articulate solution architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation
  • Customize and manage integration tools, databases, and analytical systems
  • Manage and structure data
  • Serve as liaison between management and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling them to make necessary changes to product performance or presentation
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid skill on MS SQL
  • Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns
  • Experience in following web development languages is a plus: C#, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XML, etc.
  • Experience with program leadership, governance, and change enablement is a plus
  • Strong interests in project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex networking, data, and software issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor or MS’s degree in MIS or Computer Science preferred
  • Experience with Cloud environments
