Without interfaces to exchange data across systems, redundant data entry, data silos, and duplicate entries are inevitable. With interfaces, agencies can access multiple systems from a single workstation, generate inquiries to other external or regional databases, submit data automatically or based on agency rules, and much more.
CSI provides an adaptable and scalable total solution platform as well as expert interfacing on demand to facilitate interagency access and data sharing. Interfaces can be easily integrated into the existing InfoShare® system depending on the unique requirements of each agency. Agencies can operate their own preferred systems and at the same time access data from external sources.
